The Complete Series is an American and Canadian boxed Region 1 DVD collection that contains all 52 episodes of The Magic School Bus, including "Works Out" (which was cut on Learn360 and eMedia Virginia) and the FOX Kids/qubo cut of the holiday special.
It released with eight discs in 2012, and with six discs in 2018.

Trivia[]
- The box cover uses Bruce Degen’s art style like the books, but the individual DVD covers bundled inside the box use renders of the students and Professor Frizzle from the series itself. Also, the artwork on the back cover of the individual DVDs uses the art style from the books.
- Dorothy Ann is the only student who does not appear on the discs of the 25th anniversary 8-disc set.
- The 8-disc edition, which was released in 2012, commemorates the 25th anniversary of The Magic School Bus: At the Waterworks, which happened in 2011. Similar to other DVDs of the series that released during 2012, it includes a sticker on the shrinkwrap that includes the 25th anniversary logo.
- The holiday special is shown exactly as it was on Qubo in the early 2010s, complete with the shortened opening title theme, a missing Producer segment, and the special credits sequence. This was probably done to give it the feel of a “special”. However, every other episode uses its normal version.
- The 6-disc edition was released in 2018, two years after the 30th anniversary of the franchise, which happened in 2016. However an unopened version of this release does not include a 30th anniversary sticker like the previous one.
